Welcome to West Bank

A secluded oasis on the western bank of the Snake River
West Bank is an area of land within Jackson Hole that runs along the western bank of the Snake River, from Wilson north to the Grand Teton National Park. It's a wild and rugged landscape, with jutting mountain peaks and golden valleys framed by the raging river. It's a secluded community primarily unbothered by tourist traffic and unspoiled by modern developments. The few exclusive neighborhoods and communities in the area are peaceful and inhabited by folks who love living in a place of such spectacular beauty. And all of this is just a short drive away from the amenities in Jackson Hole.
West Bank is where you'll find some of Jackson Hole's most opulent properties. Winding dirt roads lead back to incredible estates set on rambling acreage. You'll find homes with private fishing lakes, resort-style amenities, and splendid living spaces. Roaring fireplaces, stonework, and generous outdoor living areas are standard here. If you are looking for a place where you can get away from it all but still be within reach of Jackson's airport and amenities, then the West Bank may be precisely where you need to be.

Local Lifestyle

The West Bank lifestyle is all about the outdoors. People move to this area to own a private slice of the Jackson Hole dream. They want the room to roam, ride horses, fish in the river, or explore the backcountry on skis. Most of the estates in this area are large enough to hold these activities on private land, but you'll also find several clubs to join if you want company on your next outdoor excursion. Locals are private but friendly, looking for an escape from the hubbub of the city and the frantic pace of modern life. West Bank is a place you'll love if you value quiet, peace, and solitude.

Dining, Entertainment & Shopping

West Bank is nestled between Teton Village to the north and Wilson to the south, with Jackson just about 20 minutes to the east. The location means you are minutes from some of the best dining in Jackson Hole. Head to Jackson to pick up breakfast or a light lunch at Persephone Bakery, just off the town square. The bakery offers incredible french pastries, hearty bread, and a delicious breakfast menu.
Head south to Sudachi near Wilson, a sushi restaurant offering nightly specials on fresh fish flown in from around the world. For dinner, you can try Calico on Moose Wilson Road. Formally the site of a local church, the building now houses a fantastic Italian restaurant. Mangy Moose in Teton Village is a favorite for lobster, steak, and other fine-dining delights.
