Mark diligently worked to find a replacement buyer without charging me any fee and returning all of my earnest money. The second transaction with Mark and his team was selling my condo in West Loop with an identical unit in my building being listed at a 10% reduced price. Mark and his team were fantastic with the few important changes they recommended I make (less than $1000 in changes) and we listed with the Icuss Group on a Tuesday, we left for vacation on Friday and had a contract in hand before we returned a week later. The team, and I do stress "Team" since many staff people get very involved in every little detail.
